The TCA is the peak representative body for Australia's trustee corporations industry.

TCA members comprise all of the Public Trustees and most of the private trustee companies.

Statutory trustee corporations have been prudently managing Australians' financial and personal affairs since the late 1800s.

Today, TCA members provide a comprehensive range of services to millions of individual, family, and corporate clients, involving over $500 billion of assets.

• From 1 March 2012, the TCA will become part of the Financial Services Council.

• The TCA is registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 as an organisation of employers. An application has been lodged with Fair Work Australia for cancellation of that registration.
