		About the TCA : structure

The Association's 16 member organisations comprise all 8 regional Public Trustees and most of the 10 private statutory trustee corporations.

The Association operates out of premises in Sydney and has a staff of 2:

Executive Director		Ross Ellis
Manager, Operations		Tony Keywood

The Association is controlled by a National Council, which comprises the Chief Executive Officer or another senior executive of each member institution, and an Executive Committee, made up of a small group of those persons.

The Association has established a number of committees, drawing on relevant member expertise, to address particular issues:

• Estate Planning and Management
• Taxation
• Education
• Superannuation
• Corporate Trusts

The Association also maintains a close working relationship with the affiliated Trustee Corporations Association of New Zealand.
